I can confidently say that my wife and I are VERY pleased with the outcome and experience of working with Mateus and Suetam Painting. Upon our first interaction, Mateus was immediately responsive and proactive to come take a look at the job we wanted to have done in our home. We we’re promptly provided with a very well detailed/itemized quote (unlike others that I have seen after vetting numerous painting services). This level of detail helped solidify our decision to work with Mateus, as he was timely, thorough and had great personal skills. We could truly see how much he cared about the quality of his work, and the relationship within the service he provides to others. We had the full interior of our home painted (trim/walls/ceilings) which came out wonderfully. All of Suetam Painting’s staff went above and beyond in their services. We were totally impressed with how they showed up every morning exactly on time at 8 AM (not that we were taking into account but this just struck us and we were pretty astonished). They also cleaned up the job site every evening to be sure that we could stay in our home comfortably as the job was being done over the course of a week and a half. It doesn’t just end there… we needed some additional outside services done, such as plastering and electrical work, and Mateus was extremely resourceful in providing us with recommendations of people that we’re just as skilled and professional. Had a GREAT experience with Mateus. Him and his assistant were very professional, attentive to each detailed, didn’t rush to finish but the same time respected the timeline.
They did a big job in my house, inside and outside, we had so much wood and they need to take care of that with layers of work but once again with the best material and techniques. Highly recommend.
